Understanding Your Tickets

Types of Tickets Available

Mobile Tickets

Digital tickets that you access on your smartphone. These often appear as QR codes or barcodes that rotate for added security.

How to access? Check your email for the ticket link or download it directly in your mobile app. Some tickets can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for quick entry.

Note: Screenshots may not work if the barcode rotates or is dynamic. Always display the live barcode from your device at the venue.

Instant Download & Electronic Tickets

PDF tickets that you can print at home or save on your device. Instant download tickets are usually available within minutes after purchase.

Be aware of the "ready to download by" time indicated in your order. Electronic tickets are not immediately available and may require some processing time.

Paper Tickets

Physical tickets shipped to your address. Delivery times vary based on the seller and shipping method. Remember, shipping to PO Boxes may not be available.

Mobile Transfer & External Platform Tickets

Tickets that require acceptance through third-party platforms like Ticketmaster or AXS. Follow email instructions to claim and transfer these tickets to your account.

Accessing and Managing Your Tickets

Always check your email for confirmation and instructions after purchase. Ensure your contact info is correct to avoid missing important updates.

If tickets aren’t arriving or you encounter issues, contact support promptly. Confirm whether your tickets are digital, print-at-home, or physical to ensure proper handling.

Common Concerns & Solutions

Why does my barcode keep changing?

Many mobile tickets feature rotating barcodes for security. Screenshots or static images won’t work at the gate. Use the live barcode on your device.

Can I transfer tickets to friends?

Yes, most mobile tickets can be transferred via email or third-party platforms, depending on the ticket type. Follow the transfer instructions sent with your ticket.

Can I use a screenshot to enter?

No. Dynamic barcodes require the live display from your device. Screenshots are typically invalid for entry.

Adding tickets to Wallets

If available, add your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for faster access. Ensure the option appears before attempting entry.

Why can't I see my seat number?

Some tickets are general admission or have unassigned seating. Group tickets are guaranteed to be together unless specified otherwise.
